2015 Holiday Card Series Day 3 - Joyful Season Fun Fold Card

So I managed to get through this head cold, but I apologize that my voice is still recovering in this weeks' video's.  This week will use the Joyful Season Stamp Set and today's card features a fun fold as well.  I have to say, I really love this Merry Moment DSP Stack.  There are so many sheets which makes it very easy to mass produce your cards.

The cardinal on this set makes one of my favorite sets.  He is so bold and beautiful and just happens to be my state bird!  Following is a video I made showing how to create this card.  I apologize in the video for my voice and I did manage to make it through the video without coughing, but I mention a few incorrect measurements, so if you recreate this card, make sure to following the measurements on the screen.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and as always, the supplies are linked below.

Thanks,

Cindy

2015 Holiday Card Series Day 2

So sorry for the delay in getting this posted...I was sick last week and just barely managed to get the video posted.  So onto the card....

I love this shaker card....I sandwiched the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter between two window sheets so you could peek through to the inside and see the snowman in the snow globe.  I didn't realize how much fun this stamp set was.  All you need is some DSP and a circle punch or even framelit and you can make this card in no time.  Here is the video I made showing how to create this card.

As always, all the supplies used are linked below and can be ordered from my online store by either clicking the images or by clicking the Shop Now button on the right side bar.  Check back tomorrow for Day 4 of the Holiday Card Series.

Thanks for stopping by.

2015 Holiday Card Series - Day 1

Hi Everyone!  I am so excited to get started on the Holiday Card Series for 2015.  Each week I will feature a stamp set from the Holiday Catalog and make 2 projects with videos.  You may also see some extra projects here and there, but I am focusing on 2 video's per week.  This week's stamp set is the Sparkly Season set with the Versatile Christmas for my sentiments.

So on to today's card...

I used the chevron stamp to create the ornaments on my card.  By punching out one of the ornaments I was able to create an opening so I could use my card as a photo card.  I used the 2-1/2 Circle punch for my card, but you could also use your circle framelits depending on the type of photo you use.  Here is a video on creating this card from start to finish.

All the supplies can be purchased in my online store by clicking the links below or by clicking on the "Shop Now" button in the right sidebar.  All the supplies used are listed below.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.  See you on Thursday for Card 2!

Snowflakes....

Happy Friday everyone!

We are preparing on the East Coast for Hurricane Joaquin which thankfully will only be dumping a lot of rain on my neck of the woods.  However, it has been raining for the last 2 days non-stop, so we are keeping watch for Flash Floods.  Scary stuff!  Anyone in the mood for snowflakes?  I think I have mentioned this before, I love snowflakes, I love watching the snow fall, but I hate the snow and being cold.  Odd I know, but it is what it is.  Snowflakes just have such a beauty to them and when you watch them fall everything seems so peaceful.  I have been focusing on Fall projects, but I made this card for a card class I had last week and wanted to make a video for it.

I love the simplicity of this card and the focus on the single snowflake.  It is so easy to create and to mass produce.  I used the Whisper White Craft Ink for the snowflake, but you could easily stamp this in silver ink or heat emboss for added texture and shine.  Here is a video showing how I created this quick clean and simple card:

As always, all the supplies used to make this card project can be purchased in my online store by clicking on the link to the right.  If you have any questions, please email me!  Have a safe and fun weekend!
