Painted Petals 2 - Thank You Card

Here is another Painted Petals video for you that I just posted yesterday. I was inspired by this card by Sandi MacIver a fellow demonstrator.  She is very creative.

Painted Petals One Layer Mother's Day Card

Hi Everyone, 

Sorry for the delay in posting, I have been busy as usual, but hope you haven't missed any of my videos.  Even if I don't post on the Blog, I typically get at least 2 video's up each week. This card is a one layer card and the sentiment could be changed for many occasions. I just chose this for Mother's Day. I also use the rock and roll technique for this card, but sponge daubers work much better for inking the edges.

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all doing well this fine day (said in my best Irish Brogue).  It's St. Patty's Day and today every one is a little Irish ;o).  I am so ready for spring and with Easter right around the corner, there are lots of things to start working on.  I have been busy creating, but nothing has really been what I wanted, so I have been in a slump.  So this week, I participated in a Card Sketch Challenge over on Chic n Clique (it is a paid subscription site hosted by Angie Juda, my upline).  The sketch itself was actually very simple in design which also left a bit of issue because I was stuck with the do I make it as is, or do I change it up?  Here is the card...


I did actually stay with the overall design but changed a few of the elements, but I am so happy with how it turned out.  I am also really excited at how quickly I was able to pull it together.  If you are interested, there is a video I posted on my YouTube Channel yesterday showing how I created this card which you can see here...

2015 Stampin' Up! Occasions: Crazy About You Congrats

Hello everyone,

Just a quick post today so you a quick and simple card I made last week using the Crazy About you stamp set.  This card also uses the FREE Sale A Bration stamp set Simply Wonderful.  This card would look nice in a variety of colors and sentiments and would be nice as a hostess or teacher gift.  The video below will give you step by step instructions on how to complete this card.

February Thank You Notes

Hi Guys!

Today is a quick post and video.  I made these as thank you notes for my customers using the Birthday Bash DSP (LOVE IT!) and the Hostess Set Because You Care.

The colors just pop in this DSP and makes me wish I was headed to a nice warm beach!  Too bad it is only 18 degrees right now.   UGH.  Anyway, click here to see this quick YouTube video showing these fun little cards.

Painted Petals

I am definitely ready for spring to come.  This Painted Petal 2-step stamping set helps remind me that it isn't that far away.  I just love how you can build and build with this set.  The options are countless.

Stampin'Up! Crazy About You Conversation Hearts

I love this card!  It came together so quick and easy too bad I don't have a ton of people to send these too, because mass production would be a piece of cake!



By using the Heart thinlit from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlets Dies, I made a stencil and sponged on the various colors to create my "conversation hearts."  The sentiments in the Crazy About You stamp set ARE PERFECT!  Here is a quick video showing the process and as usual all the supplies are linked below.
