December Catchup

Hey Everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, as usual, this month got away from me.  I can't believe the last time I posted was on December 1st!  Anyway, so I have been very busy to say the least.  I was still making videos, but neglected to post them here on the blog and on my facebook page.  If you want to check them out, check out  my YouTube Channel.  I have provided a link for one of them below but you can access all of them on my channel:

Here are some pictures for the projects that I hadn't posted (videos are on YouTube):

I am sorry I got so behind, and then got sick and trying to catch up has taken me a while.  Hopefully things are getting back to normal.  I will also be posting today details and videos for 2 projects I have created this week, and then Friday, I will have another post for you as well.

2014 Week of Thanksgiving concludes with Giveaway #3

Well here we are on the eve of Thanksgiving and our final giveaway.  Can you tell what it is?

Today's giveaway is a Trim the Tree DSP Paper Stack and a spool of the Cherry Cobbler Sheer Linen Ribbon.  I love this stuff!  How easy can you get when it comes to mass producing cards?  48 sheets of paper layered on to your card base.  Stamp and cut out your sentiment, mat it with a coordinating color, add a bow and your card is done.  Watch the video below to get a closer look at the papers and for details on how to enter to win.

I just want to say thank you to all those who have participated and I hope you all have been enjoying my holiday card series.  I love what I do and am happy to have the chance to share it will all of you.  Next week we will finish up the Holiday Card series, but will then jump into the Holiday crafts and gift ideas.  Might even be another giveaway around the corner.  Don't forget I am also giving away a Big Shot Die Cutting machine (or its equivalent $ value if you already own one) click here to find out the details

I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving!  I will be back with you on Monday to announce all the winners of my 3 YouTube Giveaways.

2014 Holiday Card Series - Day 15 featuring Wondrous Wreath Bundle by Stampin'Up!

Hello everyone,

I know this is late going up, just ran out of time.  So we are at day 15 and almost finished with the card series.  Here is today's card...

What do you think?  I love the silver embossing - adds such a wow in my opinion.  If you wanted to step it up a notch, you could even mat the whisper white piece with glimmer paper or silver foil.  The best part...it was quick and easy to make.  Watch the video below for step by step instructions on how to make this card.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you are enjoying the series and getting inspired to create your own holiday cards.  Earlier today I announced a Big Shot Die Cutting Machine giveaway.  See details below.  Next week rather than cards, I will be announcing 3 other giveaways.  Make sure to check back to see how to win!

Welcome to Day 5 of the Holiday Card Series.  I am continuing to feature the Bright & Beautiful Stamp set and coordinating framelits from Stampin' Up!  Today's card is heavy on the embossing, but the "WOW" factor is amazing.  I love the look of this gate fold card.

The card, cut & score dimensions are as follows:

Card Base:  5 x 10 - scored at 2-1/2 on each side
Inside Gold layer:  4-3/4 x 4-3/4
Inside Vanilla Layer: 4-1/2x4-1/2
Die Cut stars:  Gold star cut from a piece of 5x5 and Cherry Star cut from 4x4
Envelope:  8-1/8x8-1/8

In the video that follows, you will see how I created this elegant gate fold card.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to stop back by on Friday for Day 6.  All the supplies used in today's card are linked to my online store below.

Welcome back to Day 4 of the Holiday Card Series.  This week our projects will focus on the Bright and Beautiful Stamp set and coordinating framelits by Stampin'Up!  This is such a bold set and the star images really need to take center stage.

This card was created using Night of Navy, but in the video below I change it up and use Cherry Cobbler.  All the links for the supplies used are below.  Be sure to stop by on Wednesday for another card project using this set.

Thanks for stopping by and see you again soon.
